Student Relationship Officer

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Student Relationship to join our growing team. You will be responsible for promoting our accommodation services to students, parents, and agents, and converting inquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively reach out to prospective students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media to offer accommodation services. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable housing options. Handle incoming leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. Maintain relationships with agents, universities, and student groups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Provide accurate information about locations, rent, amenities, and booking procedures. Maintain a CRM database with lead and client information. Support clients throughout the booking journey, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service (education/travel sector is a plus). Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Smart, confident, and goal-oriented mindset. Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Basic computer and CRM tool knowledge.
