Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with students from enrollment to course completion
Handle student queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to support student needs
Ensure timely communication regarding batches, sessions, exams, or any updates
Collect regular student feedback and escalate key concerns to management
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
Conduct engagement activities and support orientation and onboarding processes
Identify students needing additional attention or support and take appropriate actions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong listening skills with a student-first mindset
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Prior experience in student counseling, relationship management, or customer service is a plus
