Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and website leads
Counsel prospective students, understand their goals and concerns
Clearly explain Launchpad program details, benefits, and outcomes
Build trust-based student relationships
Maintain structured follow-up communication
Record leads and updates properly in CRM / internal systems
Share program brochures, videos, resources when required
Support admissions onboarding when needed
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
Empathetic, patient listener with a friendly and confident tone
Strong counselling and relationship-building ability
Organised and disciplined with follow-ups
Previous experience in admissions / student counseling / EdTech / training institutes is a
big plus
Positive attitude and ownership mindset
