Generate sales leads and revenue by leveraging existing relationships (employees/students/agents etc) to acquire new admissions
Create new referral partners in the form of individuals, businesses, or organisations that can generate new student admissions
Should be comfortable to work with targets through the entire referral process, from initial contact to successful conversions
Should be comfortable working individually and managing team if needed
Develop and implement referral marketing strategies such as incentive programs or referral marketing campaigns to increase sales
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Language - Fluency in Bengali is mandatory. Fluent English and Hindi communication preferred.
Work experience - Minimum 4 years experience in Referral Sales/Sales
Education Requirement - Graduate from any stream
Location - Topsia
Salary - upto 30,000/ month depending on experience
