Job Summary :

The Student Relationship Executive will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into enrolments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and their families Key Responsibilities

? Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective students through calls and emails to discuss course offerings and address inquiries.

? Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families to foster trust and encourage enrolment.

? Counselling: Understand the interests and preferences of students to guide them in selecting appropriate courses that align with their career goals.

? Follow-Up: Track leads and conduct follow-ups to ensure prospective students have all the information they need to make informed decisions.

? Database Management: Maintain an organized database of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolment status.

? Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aimed at achieving enrolment targets.

? Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students and parents to improve services and address any concerns promptly.

? Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead conversion rates and student feedback to management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or student admissions is an advantage.

Skills:

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.

? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

? Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
