Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding course details, admissions, and academic support.
Maintain a communication with students through calls, emails, and messages to track their progress.
Coordinate with internal teams such as academics, operations, and support to address student needs.
Fee Collection.
Administrative support to the team.
Coordination of Customer Engagement programs.
Overall customer satisfaction
