The Student Relationship Officer will be responsible for maintaining positive communication with students and parents regarding fee payments, ensuring timely collections, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong interpersonal and coordination skills to balance relationship management with collection efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with students and parents for pending and upcoming fee payments through calls, messages, and emails.
Maintain and update payment records accurately in the student management or accounting system.
Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile payments and identify overdue accounts.
Send reminders and payment notices as per due dates and policies.
Address student or parent queries regarding fee structure, payment modes, and schedules.
Provide daily and weekly reports on fee collections and outstanding balances.
Assist students in using online/offline payment methods and issue receipts.
Support the accounts and academic teams during admission and renewal periods.
Ensure professional communication while handling sensitive payment-related discussions.
Escalate chronic or high-value overdue cases to management for necessary action.

Basic understanding of accounting or payment processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in fee collection, accounts receivable, or customer service.
Experience in educational institutions or training centers preferred.
