The Student Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with students. The role focuses on ensuring student satisfaction, delivering guidance, resolving concerns, and following up regularly to support their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, nurture, and maintain positive relationships with all students assigned to each batch, acting as their primary point of contact within the academy.
Conduct at least 4 structured follow-up calls with each student per batch over the course of their program to ensure engagement, address queries, and monitor progress.
Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries across channels (phone, email, messaging, etc.) and ensure all concerns are addressed or escalated as required.
Collect feedback from students after each follow-up interaction, maintaining comprehensive records and reporting key issues or trends to the management team.
Support orientation/onboarding activities for new students, including explaining program features, batch schedules, and guidelines.
Coordinate with academic and support teams to address student needs and facilitate a smooth experience for every batch.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
