Require student counsellors (FEMALE ONLY) who will be able to answer student queries about the various courses we run and convert the enquiry to an admission. Responsibilities and Duties \xef\x82\xb7 Handling telephonic enquiries & email enquiries. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for academic & career counseling for Students and their Parents. \xef\x82\xb7 Achieving conversion from enquiry to admissions. \xef\x82\xb7 Explaining course details \xef\x82\xb7 Administrative work \xef\x82\xb7 Fee collection and receipts Qualifications and Skills \xef\x82\xb7 Any Female Graduate with min of 1-2 years of prior experience as a Counselor, Tele caller, Front office/Receptionist are preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 Fresher\xe2\x80\x99s with good communication skills and zeal to work are also preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to counsel and advice students. Short listed candidates should be willing to attend the interview at a short notice. POSITIONS OPEN AT DIAMOND POINT, AMEERPET, HI-TECH, KUKATPALLY, DILSHUKNAGAR, AS RAO NAGAR, PARKLANE, TARNAKA & NARAYANGUDA Job Type: Full-time Executives will work in 2 shifts, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 10:30 am to 7:30 pm (rotation wise) Few Sundays are working days with compensatory off on another week day.
