Key Responsibilities
Connect with existing college students (data provided) via phone and WhatsApp.
Build friendly, professional, and trust-based relationships.
Explain the referral program and highlight available rewards.
Encourage students to refer friends or family interested in admissions.
Record referral details accurately in Google Sheets.
Follow up with students politely and maintain consistent communication.
Submit daily call reports/updates to the team leader.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and polite personality.
Basic computer and mobile skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, calling).
Fluency in
English or Hindi
(both preferred).
Self-motivated, disciplined, and people-oriented.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Graduation
Experience in tele-calling, student counselling, or customer service is an advantage (not mandatory).
