We are looking for a Student Recruitment Executive to join our team.

As a Student Recruitment Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our language-related products and services within the Indian market, primarily focusing on, but not limited to, our Academic and Career Pathway Programs to Germany. You will be responsible for developing and executing educational strategies and building strong client relationships.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the role

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, Marketing, Customer Service, Tourism or a related field.

• Proven track record of at least three years in recruitment, preferably within the language education or travel sectors.

Strong understanding of the language industry trends, terminologies, and solutions, ideally about Germany.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and IT tools.

• Fluency in English a must, fluency in German a strong plus, any other languages a plus
