Position Details: o Job Title: Student Process Executive o Department: Overseas Operations o Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad o Employment Type: Full Time o Experience: Fresher / Experienced o Education Qualification: Any Graduate o Vacancies: 1 Position o Salary: ₹17,000 (In-hand) About the Role: As an Overseas Education Process Executive, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout their admission and visa journey. You will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating between internal teams, and ensuring a seamless process from application to enrollment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the admission and visa documentation process for students applying to international universities. 2. Coordinate with counseling and visa teams to ensure timely submission of applications. 3. Follow up with students to collect pending documents and provide status updates. 4. Assist in preparing offer letters, fee receipts, and other official documents. 5. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication with students and internal departments. Requirements: o Bachelor's degree in any discipline. o Strong coordination and organizational skills. o Excellent attention to detail and communication ability. o Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling). o Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
