Key Responsibilities

Drive Execution:

Organize and oversee end-to-end campus placement drives (online/offline) for large groups of students.

Corporate Outreach:

Connect with HR teams from top mass recruiters (IT, BPO, Retail) to schedule hiring events.

Student Readiness:

Screen students for eligibility and ensure they are prepared for aptitude tests and initial screening rounds.

Database Management:

Manage large student datasets in Excel to track eligibility, attendance, and offer letters.

Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years in Campus Placement, University Relations, or Volume Recruitment.

Skills:

Strong networking ability, event management, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Focus:

Proven track record of handling high-volume fresher recruitment.

Pay: ₹11,594.22 - ₹25,737.84 per month
