The Placement Coordinator is responsible for driving the institution's placement strategy by
forging strong relationships with potential employers
and preparing students for successful career transitions. This role is a critical link between academia and industry, ensuring high placement rates and maximizing students' career opportunities.
Responsibilities
Connecting with Companies
Industry Mapping:
Research and identify potential recruiters and industry sectors relevant to the school's programs (e.g., Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, IT).
Networking:
Initiate, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR professionals, corporate leadership, and alumni to generate placement and internship opportunities.
Company Engagement:
Coordinate and manage campus recruitment drives, company presentations, pre-placement talks, and industry visits.
MoU/Agreement Management:
Negotiate terms and formalize Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) or placement agreements with hiring companies.
Student Placement Support
Placement Preparation
Opportunity Dissemination:
Communicate job descriptions, placement schedules, and application procedures clearly and promptly to eligible students.

Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience: freshers can apply

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and networking skills.
