Key Responsibilities:
>Conduct regular meetings and feedback sessions to evaluate candidate satisfaction and address placement-related concerns.
>Collaborate with academic departments to align student skills and career aspirations with placement goals.
>Organize and oversee campus placement drives, company visits, assessments, and interview rounds.
>Provide career counselling, resume reviews, and guidance on industry expectations.
>Conduct soft skills training sessions, including workshops on resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
>Build and maintain employer relationships to create and expand placement opportunities.
>Coordinate interview schedules between students and recruiters, ensuring timely communication.
>Maintain an up-to-date database of job vacancies and student profiles.
>Plan and execute job fairs, employer networking events, and recruitment bootcamps.
>Track placement metrics and compile reports on placement outcomes.
>Stay informed on industry trends and evolving job market demands.
>Act as a liaison between students, alumni, employers, and internal teams.
>Continuously evaluate placement processes and recommend improvements.
