We are seeking a proactive and energetic Placement Coordinator to support our placement cell. The role involves assisting with student placements, coordinating with recruiters, and ensuring smooth execution of placement-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with companies for student placement opportunities.
Support in organizing campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events.
Coordinate with students regarding placement schedules, requirements, and updates.
Maintain and update placement databases and student records.
Help students with resume preparation, interview readiness, and basic career guidance.
Prepare reports and assist in placement-related documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in placement coordination, HR, or student services (freshers may apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
