Communicate professionally with global parents and students via video calls, emails, and chats
Assist with student onboarding and coordination
Support teachers and parents with schedules, training, and syllabus updates
Ensure smooth virtual operations and address queries efficiently
Requirements:
Female candidate, confident and presentable
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable with video calls and virtual communication
Prior experience in admin or customer-facing roles is a plus
