Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to parents and students visiting the campus with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Provide detailed information about our courses, programs, and campus facilities.
Address queries and concerns from visitors promptly and accurately.
Assist in organizing and coordinating campus visits and student interactions.
Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere for visiting students to leave with a strong and motivating impression.
Support admission-related discussions and guide parents through basic enrollment steps when required.
Ensure professional grooming and presentation standards at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor management and campus readiness.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and approachable demeanor.
Prior experience in counseling, hospitality, or front office roles preferred.
Ability to handle parents and students with empathy and professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
