We are looking for an

who loves interacting with students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right learning paths.
This role is
not about cold calling

meaningful conversations, relationship building, and helping learners make confident decisions

Key Responsibilities
Engage with students and parents through
voice calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable courses or programs
Follow up on inquiries generated through marketing campaigns
Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective learners
Support marketing initiatives and student outreach activities
Maintain accurate lead updates and interaction records
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills (English + Malayalam/Tamil is a plus)
Confidence in speaking and guiding people
A positive, empathetic, and growth-oriented mindset
Interest in education, careers, and skill development
Basic knowledge of CRM or willingness to learn
