Requirements
What You'll Do
This role involves student engagement, outreach activities, guiding students for admissions, and driving conversions through sales via calling.
Make outbound & inbound calls to students to explain available courses and programs
Engage with students through campus events, online sessions, seminars, and community channels
Understand student goals and guide them toward suitable academic options
Build rapport and trust with students and parents through clear communication
Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
Convert interested leads into admissions using ethical, value-driven persuasion
Maintain CRM logs, call records, and daily activity reports
Collaborate with operations & counselling teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Who We're Looking For
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi + English)
Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality
Ability to simplify complex information for students
Target-driven, consistent, and disciplined
Freshers welcome if communication is strong
Strong calling skills + follow-up mindset is a must
