Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and conduct career awareness seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions in schools and colleges. Build strong relationships with principals, teachers, placement officers, and student bodies for effective engagement. Represent Organization at educational fairs, events, and campus activities. Counsel students on academic pathways, and career opportunities. Collect and maintain student data for follow-ups and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, counselling, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of outreach activities. Prepare presentations, reports, and communication material for outreach programs. Track outreach targets and ensure at least 50% conversion of engaged students into program enrolments (if applicable). Maintain professionalism as the face of Organization in schools and colleges.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (Education, Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Confident, smart, and approachable personality with the ability to connect with students. Passion for education, youth empowerment, and social impact. Willingness to travel extensively for school/college outreach. Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and social media platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
