Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Mobilizer to join our COE team. The ideal candidate will

Play a vital role in mobilizing candidates for enrollment in COE & Tata Steel sponsored free courses, particularly from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Engaging with Educational Institutions, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), NGOs, and communities. A proactive approach to fieldwork, social media engagement, and candidate counseling, ensuring successful enrollment and program orientation.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with industries, ITIs to identify and mobilize candidates to take up the training. Build and maintain relationships with placement offices in educational institutions to collect alumni data for candidate mobilization. Conduct fieldwork to identify suitable mobilization pockets and gain insights into community needs. Conduct enrollment and skill fairs Leverage social media platforms effectively for candidate outreach and mobilization. Provide support and guidance to enrolled students, assisting with registration and orientation. Counsel candidates to explain program benefits, terms, and conditions to drive engagement and enrollment.
Key Skills

Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Hindi & conversational level in Odiya Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in community outreach or mobilization activities. Proficiency in social media platforms for outreach. Counseling and mentoring abilities. Organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to work in the field and engage with diverse groups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
