We're Hiring at LawSikho and Skill Arbitrage: Join as a Mentor

You'll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals on their freelancing profile building journey while sharing your expertise. This role is perfect for someone passionate about placement and mentoring, with a knack for empowering people to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one and group mentorship sessions focussed on building successful freelancing profiles on the freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, identifying niche skills, etc. Conduct one-on-one and group mentorships sessions focussed on LinkedIn optimization, CV building, and career strategy. Provide end-to-end support to our learners, from CV creation to job placement guidance. Take ownership of the learners' entire career guidance curve, from initial discussion to final career placement. You will be spending at least 6 hours per day on sessions with different students over zoom/gmeet. The rest of your time may be involved in collaboration with other teams, preparation, and administrative work.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum 1-4 years prior experience in directly mentoring students, teaching experience, or customer handling. Experience in having legal knowledge, or working as a career coach or working with law firms in HR or recruitment is a strong advantage. Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage. Familiarity with freelancing concepts and platforms like Upwork, Fiverr is mandatory. Familiarity with placement guidance is mandatory. Confident in mentoring students on Zoom/Gmeet. Should have good internet speed, and a working laptop. Good with MS excel, google document, Fluency in English. Motivate our learners through moral support and counseling whenever needed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
