Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support academic and personal growth. Mentor and motivate students through regular interactions, providing guidance and encouragement. Monitor academic performance and identify areas for improvement through continuous assessments. Collaborate with teachers and academic teams to design and implement personalized learning strategies. Provide one-on-one academic support and study plans tailored to each student's needs. Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being. Organize and lead co-curricular and enrichment activities that promote overall student development. Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and behavioural updates. Use digital tools and data management systems to analyse student progress and recommend interventions. Conduct parent meetings and counselling sessions to align academic goals and support strategies. Work closely with counsellors and faculty to address academic or emotional challenges faced by students. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance mentoring and academic skills. Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environment.
