Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible

Academic Mentor

for our

Residential ISP programme

at Calicut. The mentor will play a crucial role in ensuring students' overall academic discipline, attendance, and continuous academic progression. This role focuses on close monitoring, guidance, and coordination to help students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure

daily attendance

of students for classes, study hours, and residential activities Track and support students'

academic progression

in Science subjects Conduct regular

academic monitoring

, including test performance, assignments, and study habits Provide guidance and motivation to students to maintain discipline and consistency Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to address learning gaps Maintain academic records, attendance reports, and student progress data Act as a point of contact for students within the residential environment Support students' overall academic and behavioural development
Eligibility & Qualifications

Female candidates only Bachelor's degree in

Science

(mandatory); Master's preferred Experience in mentoring, teaching, or academic coordination is an advantage Willingness to work in a

residential programme

Strong communication, monitoring, and student-handling skills

To ensure consistent attendance, effective academic monitoring, and measurable academic progress of students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
