Ensure all academic sessions are well-structured, engaging, and on schedule.
Motivate students to establish effective study habits and a strong academic foundation.
Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions; maintain and report accurate performance records to stakeholders.
Maintain a disciplined and conducive learning environment through strong classroom management.
Collaborate effectively with faculty and management; communicate consistently with parents regarding student progress.
Support the organization of academic events and student enrichment programs.
