We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Intern who will help us manage customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This internship will give hands-on experience in communication, problem-solving, and client interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via call, email, chat, or social platforms
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive attitude
Assist in developing FAQs and support documents
