Internship Role & Responsibilities
As a
Sales Intern
, you will play a key role in customer communication and follow-ups.
Your responsibilities include:
Calling customers who have contacted us via social media, WhatsApp, or leads provided
Regular follow-ups with existing clients
Updating clients about their challan status and next steps on time
Maintaining and updating client details and follow-up status
Collecting customer feedback after service completion
Building long-term customer relationships for repeat business

Good communication skills in
Hindi & basic English
Confident and polite calling manner
Ability to follow instructions and meet daily targets
Basic smartphone & WhatsApp usage
Willingness to learn sales and customer handling
(Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory)
