Contract type: Full-Time- Fixed Term(Contract). Location: Delhi JOB OVERVIEW We are Study Group. Internally in Study Group, this is a role of Student Induction Advisor who sits within our Inside Sales team with the responsibility of assisting confirmed students to assist them with their arrival into their course. This will involve a high level of customer service as well as sales focus to aid the student in taking their final steps (completing conditions, visa, travel preparation, course advice) in international education. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support students who have confirmed their place at their study centre choice, including providing advice on all aspects of the next steps to start their course
• Provide information to students on clearing a remaining academic or other application criteria, visa application, accommodation options, destination information
• Present and prepare student arrival workshops and student networking events
• Work alongside admissions and campus staff to assist a smooth transition to the study centre for the student
• Supporting Student Enrolment Advisors with the required tasks needed for their confirmed students
• Maximising conversion rates from confirmation to arrival

• Driven, results-orientated and focused nature
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
• Highly IT literate
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of overseas education systems
• Knowledge of the Student Visa Regulations (Tier 4)
• Knowledge of overseas education systems
• Experience in using SalesForce CRM
• Tertiary educated, preferably with relevant experiences
