Perform quality control inspection - incoming , shops , NDT and at supplier end. Ensure product quality meeting customer specification. Reporting non-conformities and helping to resolve the same. Interaction with customers and regulatory authorities. Managing project quality as per assigned projects. Collaborate with others for RCA & CAPA Evaluation of customer specification, preparation of quality plan etc.

What you'll do (Job Responsibilities)

Perform quality control inspection - incoming , shops , NDT and at supplier end-

For Service Core, growth and Non Coal product

Ensure product quality meeting customer specification-

will learn and apply IBR /ASME code

Reporting non-conformities and helping to resolve the same-

will learn and apply the tools related to NCR/ 8D/PFMEA

Interaction with customers and regulatory authorities -

meet the requirement of customers for services and Non coal / regulatory authorities like IBR, ISO,ASME.

Managing project quality as per assigned projects

- study the drawing and follow the CTQ as per MQP

Collaborate with others for RCA & CAPA-

understand the tools and apply on a process for meeting the quality parameters

Evaluation of customer specification, preparation of quality plan etc-

will learn the customer specification and prepare the MQP requirements

You will learn and adopt design/construction/manufacturing interface for Boiler storage/cylindrical components like Drums, Headers and also


similar nature of non-Boiler components as are used in Oil and Gas type of Industries, like Pressure Vessels
