We are seeking a

female Student Growth Team Lead

who is proactive, organized, and passionate about the education sector. This is a

work-from-home role

for a professional who can guide, support, and manage a team while contributing to organizational growth in the education domain.

, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting performance objectives.

Key Requirements

Prior experience in

education industry

with team leadership exposure Strong communication skills in

English (verbal & written)

Goal-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach Ability to meet

monthly performance objectives

Experience managing teams and coordinating projects with minimal supervision Strong decision-making and leadership skills Capability to guide and motivate team members to achieve collective goals High energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a remote environment

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and implement growth strategies for existing and new markets Guide, support, and monitor team members to improve performance Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to onboard suitable team members Provide regular mentoring, training, and performance feedback Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and team deliverables Track team progress and contribute to continuous process improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum

3+ years of experience

in a team lead role within the

education sector

Proven experience handling and mentoring teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
