What You'll Do
Inbound & Outbound Counselling
Connect with prospective students and parents.
Handle enquiries related to courses, eligibility, admissions, and fees.
Course Counselling (ACCA Program)
Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
Recommend suitable programs and guide them through the admission journey.
Lead Follow-ups & Conversions
Work on leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, walk-ins, and seminars.
Convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments.
CRM & Documentation
Update CRM systems with call logs, lead status, and follow-up details.
Maintain accurate counselling records.
Fee & PDC Collection
Ensure timely fee and PDC collection as assigned.
Coordinate with internal teams to close collections smoothly.
Field Engagement
Travel within Bangalore for seminars and student counselling sessions.
What We're Looking For
? Experience in education counselling, admissions, or sales
? Exposure to
ACCA
programs is a big plus
? Strong communication & interpersonal skills
? Target-driven mindset with a student-first approach
? Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office
