Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion:

Proactively reach out to prospective students and use strong persuasion skills to convert enquiries into confirmed enrollments.

High-Impact Communication:

Explain programs, fees, eligibility, and career prospects with clarity and influence.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance KPIs.

Objection Handling:

Address doubts or hesitations with confidence, providing solutions that encourage quick decision-making.

Relationship Building:

Build trust with students through active listening and personalized guidance.

Process Ownership:

Guide candidates from their first enquiry to successful admission with a smooth, supportive experience.

CRM Management:

Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Team Collaboration:

Work with admissions and academic teams to ensure effective onboarding.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed about competitor offerings and program updates to enhance persuasive conversations.

Qualifications

Experience in telesales/customer service preferred (education sector experience is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong
