Generate leads through social media, WhatsApp, tele calling, and field campaigns.
Guide students with accurate course information and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain follow-up records and ensure timely communication.
Digital Marketing Activities
Coordinate with the digital team for campaign planning and execution.
Respond to online inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.
Offline Marketing Activities
Conduct school/college outreach programs, seminars, and career orientation sessions.
Organize flyers, banners, posters, and promotional events.
Visit colleges, various institutions and local hotspots for course promotion.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain lead database in CRM or Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
Track conversion metrics and share suggestions for improvement.
2. Skills Required
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media posting/ads preferred).
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Confidence in public speaking and outreach activities.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
3. Qualifications
Any graduation (Marketing or Business background preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in education marketing is an added advantage.
