, you'll help students and parents understand LeapStart's career-focused programs and guide them toward the right path.
Your Day-to-Day:
Call and counsel students & parents about their education and career goals
Recommend the right courses based on student needs and background
Explain program structure, fees, outcomes, and industry relevance
Follow up on leads and convert interest into course enrollments
Work with marketing & academic teams to ensure a great experience
Keep track of leads and conversations using a CRM tool
Join events, webinars, and fairs to spread the word about LeapStart
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is:
1-3 years experienced in
sales, counseling, customer service, or EdTech
Excellent at communicating in
English & Telugu
(Hindi is a bonus!)
Confident on phone calls and can build rapport quickly
Excited to hit targets and help others succeed
Comfortable using tools like Excel, email, and CRMs
Open to learning, growing, and working in a fast-paced environment
