Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and career guidance to international students and parents based on their interests and goals
Communicate clearly and professionally in English to explain program details and learning pathways
Respond to student inquiries and provide timely follow-ups to support decision-making
Assist students with application processes, documentation, and onboarding procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student information using internal systems and CRM tools
Offer continuous support and guidance throughout the student lifecycle
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive learner experience
Eligibility & Requirements
Strong English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)
Good interpersonal and communication abilities
Student-focused approach with a positive and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Office, CRM tools)
Background in education counseling, customer support, or advisory roles is an advantage
Freshers
with good communication skills and interest in student guidance are welcome
Must have a personal
laptop and stable internet connection
