Key Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel prospective and enrolled students regarding courses, academic structure, and learning outcomes
Act as a primary point of contact for student queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or LMS
Assist students with enrollment procedures, documentation, and onboarding
Provide academic guidance, study planning support, and course-related clarifications
Track student progress, attendance, and engagement regularly
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure continuity and resolve concerns
Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams when required
Maintain accurate student records and counseling reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation / MBA / M.Com or relevant qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to counsel, guide, and motivate students
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, LMS preferred)
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in student counseling, academic coordination, or education support
Experience in tele-counseling or student engagement roles
