Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Study Abroad team to achieve operational and business goals.
Develop strategies to improve student counseling, admissions, and overall service quality.
Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and institutions abroad.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular training sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in study abroad counseling, admissions, or related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Ready to relocate to Peenya, Bangalore.
