Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for students regarding queries, concerns, and academic support
Provide accurate guidance on available courses, study plans, faculty, schedules, and institutional policies
Offer personalized academic and emotional counseling to keep students motivated and goal-oriented
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and current students to ensure engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to resolve student issues and relay feedback
Document counseling sessions, student progress, and required follow-up actions in a structured manner
Assist walk-in candidates and address admission-related queries to streamline the enrollment process
Plan and coordinate motivational sessions or periodic check-ins to boost student morale and retention
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Psychology, Education, or related fields)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
Empathetic, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with students
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email tools, and CRM systems
Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and maintain a student-focused approach
