Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolments per month/Intake.
Analyze the conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment and implement strategies to optimize and increase overall conversion rates.
Streamline and optimize the application process, ensuring efficient handling of applications and timely communication with prospective students.
Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment events, school visits, and fairs, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics
Collect feedback from enrolled students, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall student experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's degree (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills.
At least 2 years of experience in Student Counselling
Desired Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
