Role Overview

The

Student Counsellor

will be responsible for counseling students interested in studying in Germany, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring excellent student support from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on study opportunities in Germany (courses, universities, intakes, fees, scholarships). Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms. Assess student profiles and guide them on suitable universities and courses. Explain the admission process, documentation, timelines, and visa requirements. Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into enrollments. Coordinate with admissions and visa teams for smooth processing. Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems. Support students during pre-departure and post-admission stages. Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets. Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events. Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Excellent communication and counseling skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Passion for guiding students and working in the education sector. Basic knowledge of overseas education. Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
