Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Provide detailed guidance on curriculum, fees, career prospects, and training outcomes.
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure successful admissions.
Maintain inquiry and follow-up records in CRM or internal trackers.
Achieve monthly targets for admissions and lead conversions.
Participate in seminars, counseling sessions, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the telemarketing and sales teams for smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as Student Counselor or Academic Counselor is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing ability and student-handling skills.
Target-driven, organized, and proactive.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries.
