We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic

Student Counselor

with 1 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students in making informed academic and career decisions, provide support throughout the admission process, and assist in their personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, admission processes, and educational pathways. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about institutions, programs, and eligibility requirements. Conduct one-on-one sessions, group counseling, and follow-ups with prospective students. Maintain and update student records and documentation. Assist students with application forms, document collection, and visa (if applicable). Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and admission experience. Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field. 1 2 years of experience in student counseling, academic advising, or admissions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to work from the office (onsite role).
