Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and application procedures. Assist students in selecting the right program and country based on their academic background and career goals. Guide students through admission and visa application processes. Maintain regular communication with students and parents, addressing queries and concerns effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions. Maintain student records and update the CRM system with accurate information. Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities. Meet monthly enrollment targets while ensuring high standards of student satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a

study abroad consultancy/firm

. Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission, and visa processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to guide and motivate students toward achieving their academic and career goals. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
