Job Title: Academic Counselor

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual counseling sessions with students via call . Provide guidance on course selection based on their requirement Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as study skills, test-taking strategies, and academic goal setting. Stay informed about academic policies, procedures, and requirements to provide accurate information to students. Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and student progress. Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration to facilitate communication and problem-solving. Stay current on trends and best practices in academic counseling to continuously improve services.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in academic advising, counseling, or student support services preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students and foster a supportive environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed.

Proficiency in computer software for record-keeping and communication.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
