Job Title: Student Counselor - Telecaller

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Student Counselor - Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective students and guiding them towards the right career path through ICA's training programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

Call newly assigned leads within 5 to 15 minutes of generation to ensure quick engagement. Understand the student's educational background, career goals, and interests. Provide accurate information about ICA courses, career outcomes, and training modules. Help students choose the most suitable course based on their profile and aspirations. Encourage and align walk-in appointments at the nearest ICA center. Maintain detailed call records, lead remarks, and follow-up schedules in the CRM. Submit daily reports and call recordings as per company policy. Coordinate with local ICA center teams to track and confirm walk-ins and conversions.
Key Requirements:

Minimum Graduate. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service is a plus. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Must be punctual, proactive, and target-driven.
