Make outbound calls to potential students from our leads database. Clearly explain course offerings, benefits, fee structures, and schedules. Guide students in choosing between

Engineering Software Courses

(like AutoCAD, MATLAB, Ansys, etc.) and

GATE Coaching

based on their academic goals. Follow up with interested students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Maintain records of all calls and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel. Achieve monthly enrollment targets. Provide accurate information about course content, certification, faculty, and placement assistance. Handle inquiries and resolve doubts or objections professionally. Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to share student feedback and improve service quality.
