Student Counsellor (Telecaller)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Student Counsellor

(Telecaller) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their needs, and providing information about our digital education courses. The role involves guiding students to make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

Key Responsibilities

Counselling & Guidance

:

Engage with prospective students and parents via phone or in person. Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission procedures. Assess students' interests and guide them in selecting the right course.

Admission Support

:

Assist students in completing application forms and required documentation. Provide end-to-end support for the admission process.

Relationship Management

:

Build strong relationships with students and parents to encourage enrollment. Address and resolve queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in

Malayalam

. Previous experience in telecalling, student counselling, or a related role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets. Knowledge of digital marketing or digital education is a plus.
