We are looking for an experienced Student Counsellor to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis during evening hours. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in student counselling, preferably in the study abroad / education consultancy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education options
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Provide accurate information about courses, universities, and admission processes
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into registrations
Maintain proper records of student interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with the internal team for application and admission updates
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor
Strong communication and counselling skills
Ability to work independently in a WFH environment
Good follow-up and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (preferred)
