Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert counseling to students regarding study-abroad options, including universities, courses, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
Stay updated on international education policies, scholarships, and admission trends.
Conduct seminars, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to educate students and parents.
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
Strong knowledge of study destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle student queries professionally and patiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
